Fuji TV’s noitaminA Series to be Streamed Exclusively on Amazon Prime Video

Fuji TV is delighted to announce that Fuji TV has signed a deal with Amazon to exclusively stream all of its new series from Fuji TV’s noitaminA timeslot starting April 2016. Through this deal, each week’s new episode of noitaminA series will be exclusively streamed on Amazon Prime Video at 3:00 a.m. on Fridays, immediately after the episode is aired on terrestrial on Fuji TV. Additionally, the first episodes of new series of noitaminA will stream on Amazon Prime Video on Wednesday at midnight (Thursday 00:00 ), a full day before they air on Fuji TV. The streaming service is set to launch on April 7, starting with “Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress.” This is the first time for a Japanese television broadcaster to stream content outside of Japan through Amazon. Through streaming noitaminA series almost simultaneously on Amazon Prime Video, Fuji TV aims to reach wider national and overseas audiences and further boost its brand name in the market.

noitaminA is a Fuji TV’s late-night programming block that was created to appeal to a wider target audience than the typical young male anime demographic. The shows on noitaminA block have been delivering high quality animations for over 11 years since its start in 2005.
