We are pleased to announce that our original drama series “Hirugao -Love Affairs in the Afternoon-” is now adapted into a “webtoon” (“web” + “cartoon”) and distributed through Lezhin Comics, a webtoon platform operated by Korea’s leading web comics company, Lezhin Entertainment.
Starring Aya Ueto, “Hirugao -Love Affairs in the Afternoon-” aired on Fuji TV last summer. The series was a huge hit because of its provocative and moving storyline as well as its visual aesthetics. To this date, “HIRUGAO” has been broadcast/distributed in 193 countries, primarily in Asia and throughout the world.
The webtoon version of “HIRUGAO” is set for distribution starting on September 1, 2015, with 50 episodes in total.
