The Fuji Television documentary program, “Inheriting a Kabuki Legacy – Ichikawa Ebizo: His Fate and Anguish” was nominated for a 2008 International Emmy Award in the category of Arts Programming. On November 24th, producer, Hiroki Okada, and director, Nobuyuki Sasaki, attended the 36th International Emmy Awards Gala held at the New York Hilton Hotel. Fuji Television will continue submitting its programs to international competitions to promote and make known its high quality content.
