We are proud to announce that we have just launched a brand new gourmet site on our French website. It is named BIMI, meaning ‘great food’ in Japanese. Japanese food has spread over national boarders and specialties such as sushi and tempura are now hugely popular worldwide. However, through this site, we wish to show you what we prepare and eat in our everyday lives and also introduce various traditional food cultures. As a start, the site will have two special features: “Gourmet Manga” and “Blotter”, a combination of blog + Twitter.
