Fuji TV’s ‘COOL TV’ begins

Fuji TV has launched 5 new variety programs starting this October, every weekday night from Monday to Friday at 11 p.m. The all new original programs are targeted at the sensible, style conscious younger generation, and include a revolutionary reality show that was yet to be realized in Japan. Additionally, special content from these shows will be available to view on YouTube worldwide, after each program is aired on Fuji TV. Check out the full line-up for the programs below

Monday: “Numer0n”
Comedians ‘Bananaman’ are your host in this intellectual number battle game.

Tuesday: “Catherine III”
The popular host and guest show returns with an even more powerful line-up of guests, digging down deeper into the true figures of celebrities and their friends.

Wednesday: “TOKIO-Kakeru”
Starring pop group ‘TOKIO’, “TOKIO-Kakeru” is a game show that determines one’s abilities or level in various fields. Perhaps the greatest charm about this show is that viewers are able to participate in the games through mobile devices simultaneously.

Thursday: “Stairs of Odessa”
A unique documentary program that takes you on a journey to rediscover people and things, such as art and design. By the end of the show, you’ll have discovered an all new aspect to the topic, turning your life into something just a little more fulfilling.

Friday: “TERRACE HOUSE”
The long awaited reality show finally hits Japan. A group of 6 men and women begin living together as flat-mates in a house by the beach. Youth, friendship, love, dreams… Their lifestyle may look sparkly and shiny at first glance, but it’s only a matter of time before the truth hits the screens.
