About

Keith Haring, beloved worldwide for his bright and pop-infused imagery, held a strong belief that "Art Is for Everybody."

In the 1980s, primarily in the heart of New York, Haring spread art throughout everyday life, including subway stations and streets, as a means of conveying a powerful message to a tumultuous society. He entrusted the future and hope of humanity to children through his art.

Although Haring's career as an artist spanned only around ten years out of his 31-year life, the messages embedded in his remaining works continue to resonate.

This exhibition provides a precious opportunity to experience Haring's art through approximately 150 pieces, including large-scale works spanning up to six meters.

Haring's art, which continued to fight against violence, inequality, prejudice, and insufficient support for HIV/AIDS until the end, is sure to move the hearts of people living in contemporary society, transcending time, and space.
