Masterpieces by distinguished masters arrive in Japan for the first time! A grand celebration of the masters!
From the vast collection that the Cincinnati Art Museum has amassed over the past 145 years―84 carefully selected works by renowned masters, including Corot, Cézanne, and Monet, will be presented in Japan.
Of these, 81 will be exhibited in Japan for the very first time. Many of these remarkable works were donated in the mid-20th century by women collectors who made significant contributions to the cultural life of the Cincinnati community.
This exhibition presents rare masterpieces by great masters—works that seem to have leapt straight from the pages of art history—and invites visitors on a journey through the world of modern art.
