This groundbreaking series centers on Japan’s first-ever TV drama about the water police, following a detective played by Ryuta Sato and the water police station as they race across Tokyo’s seas and rivers in patrol boats to chase down criminals—a high-intensity marine and crime entertainment.

With breathtaking large-scale sea and boat scenes, heart-pounding chases of criminal vessels, and jaw-dropping maritime action, the series delivers an entirely new kind of police drama that far surpasses anything seen before.

For Ryuta Sato, this marks his very first lead role in a Fuji TV-produced drama series. Joining Sato is Shigeaki Kato (NEWS) as his detective partner at the water police station, and Mizuki Yamashita as a maritime technician who pilots their boats—together, this unique detective-and-maritime crew take on the crimes swirling in Tokyo Bay, delivering a police drama unlike any before.

The series is based on the original work of popular mystery author Eri Yoshikawa, whose writing combines meticulous research with a strong sense of entertainment.
