Hiroshi Tamaki Leads Fuji TV’s New January Thursday Drama—Playing an Insurance Investigator!

Marking his first appearance in a Fuji TV drama series in about nine years, since playing the lead role in “Offbeat Chief Police” (2016).

The story is set in an insurance investigation company that handles incidents and accidents involving insurance payouts. These insurance investigators are professionals who examine cases suspected of insurance fraud, uncover the truth behind them, and resolve allegations of wrongdoing.

As times change, the types of cases brought to them have diversified. Today, there are countless kinds of insurance covering not only life, health, and human dignity, but even pride and pets.

The protagonist works for a foreign insurance company that handles every kind of policy. Together with his distinctive colleagues, he tackles suspicious insurance cases—sometimes deceiving even his own allies to uncover the truth, and other times reaching out to victims’ hearts, offering them comfort and redemption.
