Set in a large corporation still clinging to outdated, overly passionate traditions, the story follows the naive yet earnest protagonist, Ren Hitomi, and the spirited heroine, Naomi Mano, who dreams of transforming the company.
Together with their quirky HR team, they tackle a variety of employee-related challenges, all while addressing the “modern struggles” faced by today’s workforce.
