GeGeGe no Kitarō

Introduction

This legendary original manga series created by the Shigeru Mizuki marks its 50th anniversary year, since the first series aired on television. It has created a huge whirlwind of popularity and craze for the animation, being admired by not just children, but adults too. It has now become arguably, one of Japan's most favorite animation series. In the story, frequent occurences of situations which can't even be explained by science starts to take place. As false rumors spread all around, people are confused and don't know what's really going on. When a young 13 year old girl tries to deal with the situation, she writes a letter, which in turn makes "Kitaro" come for a visit wearing a pair of clogs.
